Scottish Rite Temple

Temple and Streetlight
83-14th St. Although not a church, the Freemasons do have an impressive building! Unfortunately, it is difficult to find a place to photograph it.

Good views up the facade are available from 14th St - these were taken on an overcast day, at least for this 1/100th of a second.

A postcard, from the 1920?, from the Chuck Julian collection. Note that since that time the pink-orange bricks have since been painted/plastered over and the roof line has been changed, for the worst.

Old temple in postcard date 1909, at same location.
From Chuck Julian postcard collection.
