An Indian mound was previously located at the Park location according to Meier, p 3.
Evidently Wheeling Park has undergone many changes over the decades, including replacement of this old entrance with the one below.
When did casinos leave the park?
The Fountain of Youth is no more, along with my youth...
The park used to be a lot more fun than it is now - did lawyers intervene?
This "entrance" is now an exit.
