Since 2008: Owned by Near Earth Object Foundation, affiliated with Smart Center at Center Market.

Greek Revival: two stories and tower, no basement. Center of roof collapsed in late 2011; hopefully it can be repaired and the building saved.
Dec 2013: Trusses arrived to rebuild roof - the future looks promising!
Sadly, the roof and part of the walls collapsed in 2015 and the entire building has been taken down. Another parking lot...
