Built 1922. Purchased in 2011 and rejuvenated to become headquarters of Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal. Now called Kaley Center.

Built 1890 according to 2012 real estate listing offering building for $250,000. If it is not sold it will be demolished - another Wheeling crime against history in the making.
