Built 1942. Originally Greyhound Bus Station. ECS - Electric Contractors Supply - for last 26 years. Offered for $750,000 in 2012.
Original images and information from Harvey Goodman listing.
Sept 27, 2014 update: WV Northern Community College bought the building and 1.9 acre lot at auction for $205K. Building demolished to construct another parking lot for students.

A similar Art Deco design was used for the Greyhound Bus Station in Cleveland, Ohio, which apparently still stands.
