The home of Paul Hankish, a mobster active from the 1950s to 1990s. His legs were blown off by a car bomb when he started a car sitting in front of his house in January, 1964. "Paul No Legs" recovered and became the leading mobster in Wheeling until finally convicted. He died in the Moundsville Penitentiary. Here is the full story.
