This is the second major street of traditional Wheeling. It is the second street east of the Ohio River (at least north of 10th St) and used to be the major street for commerce and much industry. The south end of Market contains a long row of splendid Victorian homes.

Market St - 600 - Residential
Market St - 700 - Residential (some mostly abandoned) and small business
Market St - 800 - Short street nearly abandoned when I-70 sheared through neighborhood.
