1300 Market St: Professional Building
Built 1891 as City Bank of Wheeling, 5 stories, 125" tall.
The City Bank went through a series of mergers leading to the formation of WesBanco.

In 1909 (date of this postcard from Chuck Julian collection) the City Bank occupied the building. Note the bakery next door, now none are in Wheeling. Was the Victoria Theater, which is in the same location as the bakery) built after 1909?
