From the Nation Register of Historic Places Registration Form (Marshall, 1988): Circa 1890 - a very fine example of late Victorian townhouse design, this well-proportioned building features second story bay windows and hip dormers in the roof. Decoration of the dormers and a very wide frieze with modillion cornice hint at Greek Revival architectural style.
